Waterman is offering residential property with a 20 year lease in place. The tenant is a registered provider of social housing and the tenancy agreement is supported by a nominations agreement with a UK local authority which undertakes to fill the accommodation and pay for any voids.

The lease is subject to annual rent increases in line with the consumer price index. The initial yield is 5% after management fees. The tenant is liable for repairs and maintenance but the landlord is responsible for insurance.
